- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 50+ supplier categories
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Fortune 500 vendors
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Oversee procurement budget with $20M+ annual spend
- Implement e-procurement systems for process optimization
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and sustainability standards
- Lead cross-functional procurement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record in cost reduction and supplier rationalization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing international supplier networks
