- Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics through quarterly reviews
- Lead contract negotiations achieving 10-15% cost reduction targets
- Analyze market trends and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams on new product development sourcing
- Oversee purchase order processing and inventory management systems
- Drive sustainability initiatives in supplier selection and evaluation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in management
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Expertise in cost analysis and contract law
- Strong data analytics skills with Power BI/Tableau
- Proven track record of international vendor management
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder communication abilities
