Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to optimize cost savings and supplier relationships
- Lead contract negotiations with global vendors, ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost reduction opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Manage cross-functional projects with engineering, finance, and operations teams
- Oversee supplier performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ annual cost savings initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in international vendor management
- Deep understanding of ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing frameworks
