Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for raw materials, MRO supplies, and logistics services
- Lead supplier negotiations to achieve 15%+ cost reductions while maintaining quality standards
- Implement and optimize e-procurement systems for 500+ SKUs across 15+ categories
- Conduct supplier audits and risk assessments to ensure ESG compliance
- Manage cross-functional projects with Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics to forecast pricing volatility
- Mentor a team of 5 procurement specialists through performance-driven KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or CPIM designation required
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and e-sourcing platforms with proven ROI implementation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and total cost modeling
- Proven track record of negotiating $10M+ contracts with Fortune 500 suppliers
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and procurement analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
