Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities across 5+ categories
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce procurement costs by 15% annually
- Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation
- Implement and manage supplier relationship management programs for 50+ active vendors
- Analyze market trends and data to drive procurement decisions and process improvements
- Oversee compliance with ISO 14001 and sustainability procurement standards
- Manage $25M+ annual procurement budget with quarterly performance reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing or logistics
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven success in strategic sourcing and vendor negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost-benefit analysis
