Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key commodities across APAC markets
- Lead complex negotiations with tier-1 suppliers to achieve 15-20% cost reduction targets
- Implement sustainable sourcing initiatives aligned with ESG compliance frameworks
- Oversee supplier relationship management and performance analytics using SAP Ariba
- Drive digital transformation of procurement processes through automation and AI tools
- Manage cross-functional teams and $50M+ annual procurement budgets
- Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier diversity
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Proven track record of delivering $5M+ cost savings
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Experience managing APAC supply chains in electronics/manufacturing sectors
