Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for 50+ key suppliers across North America
- Lead cross-functional negotiations resulting in 15% average annual cost savings
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles from RFQ to contract renewal
- Analyze market trends and implement risk mitigation strategies for critical commodities
- Spearhead sustainability initiatives including ESG vendor compliance programs
- Mentor 4 junior buyers while optimizing procurement workflows through ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with $5M+ annual spend management
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expert proficiency in SAP Ariba and Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Proven track record in strategic vendor relationship management
- Advanced data analytics skills with Power BI/Tableau
- Experience implementing cost-saving initiatives in manufacturing/retail
