Responsibilities

- Lead vendor negotiations achieving 12-18% average cost savings
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract renewal
- Analyze market trends and risk mitigation strategies for supply chain resilience
- Oversee procurement budget ($25M+) and compliance with ISO 28000 standards
- Collaborate with logistics, engineering, and finance teams for integrated solutions
- Implement digital procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa) for process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract law, and TCO analysis
- Proven success in reducing procurement costs through innovative strategies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and data analytics tools
