Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience managing cross-functional procurement teams
- Demonstrated success in cost reduction initiatives
