- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Fortune 500 suppliers securing $5M+ annual contracts
- Implement supplier diversity programs and ESG procurement standards
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Manage and optimize ERP procurement modules for 500+ purchase orders monthly
- Lead vendor performance evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams on end-to-end supply chain optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in leadership
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and risk mitigation
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Demonstrated success in international supplier negotiations and compliance
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost-benefit analysis
