Responsibilities

- Lead negotiations with global suppliers to secure optimal pricing and contractual terms
- Implement and manage supplier performance metrics with KPI tracking systems
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on early supplier involvement initiatives
- Drive cost reduction projects targeting 12-15% annual savings targets
- Oversee risk management protocols including supply chain vulnerability assessments
- Manage procurement budget allocation and financial forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in negotiating complex international contracts
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in procurement analytics tools
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
