- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for direct/indirect materials
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management for 50+ key suppliers
- Analyze market trends and drive cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% annual reduction
- Implement e-procurement systems and automate procurement workflows
- Manage cross-functional relationships with R&D, operations, and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 sustainability standards
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and build high-performing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS/ISM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of $2M+ annual cost savings
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for APAC market engagement
- Advanced data analysis skills with Excel and Power BI
