Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ categories, achieving 12-15% annual cost reduction targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in vendor negotiations, contract management, and risk mitigation initiatives
- Implement and optimize e-procurement systems, driving digital transformation and process automation
- Analyze market trends and supply chain disruptions to develop contingency plans and ensure business continuity
- Oversee supplier diversity programs and ESG compliance initiatives across global vendor networks
- Manage $50M+ annual procurement budget with rigorous financial controls and performance metrics
- Mentor purchasing specialists and drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPSM/SCMP certification preferred
- Minimum 8 years progressive purchasing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
- Proven track record of implementing e-procurement systems and digital transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Certified in risk management and sustainability procurement practices
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across global teams
