Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations achieving 15%+ cost reduction targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract renewal
- Analyze market trends and mitigate supply chain risks
- Collaborate with logistics and finance teams on inventory optimization
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG compliance
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-sourcing platforms
- Proven track record of vendor relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and budgets
