Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers to achieve 15%+ cost reduction targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in vendor selection and performance management
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Implement and maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and CSR procurement standards
- Oversee $50M+ annual purchasing budget with monthly variance analysis
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize inventory turnover ratios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving measurable cost savings
- Advanced negotiation skills with international supplier experience
- Data analysis proficiency with Power BI/Excel
- Strong leadership with experience managing remote teams
