Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership
- CPSM, CIPS, or CPIM certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in cost reduction initiatives
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
