- Implement procurement technology (ERP/SRM) solutions
- Manage cross-functional projects with R&D and Operations teams
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards
- Mentor junior purchasing professionals through our leadership program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in management
- CIPS/ISM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in spend analysis and category management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings
- Experience managing global supplier portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
