Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in public sector or regulated industry
- Expertise in FedRAMP compliance, NIST frameworks, and federal procurement regulations
- Advanced degree in Public Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects in government contexts
- Strong analytical skills with experience in policy impact modeling and risk assessment
- Professional certifications in AWS/GCP and CISSP or equivalent security credentials
