Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture design for cross-government digital initiatives
- Develop cloud migration strategies and hybrid cloud governance frameworks
- Establish technical standards for API-driven microservices architecture
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews for public sector systems
- Mentor junior architects and lead architecture review boards
- Collaborate with policy teams on digital service delivery regulations
- Drive innovation in secure citizen authentication systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in public/government sector
- Certified TOGAF or SABSA Enterprise Architect
- Expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP with FedRAMP compliance experience
- Deep knowledge of Canadian digital identity frameworks (e.g., GCKey)
- Proven experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies
- Security clearance eligibility (Reliability Status)
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
