Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in digital transformation with 5+ years in public/government sector
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT projects ($5M+ budgets)
- Expertise in agile methodologies and government procurement processes
- Deep understanding of Canadian public sector digital standards (e.g., GC Digital, Shared Services Canada)
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Professional certifications (PMP, CISM, or ITIL) preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across government, private, and NGO sectors
- Clearance requirement: Reliability Status
