- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with community organizations and industry partners
- Monitor federal legislation and regulatory changes affecting urban development priorities
- Design performance metrics to evaluate policy implementation effectiveness
- Present findings to congressional committees and municipal planning boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Expertise in federal grant programs and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Proven track record of developing actionable policy recommendations with measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of housing policy, infrastructure financing, or environmental regulations
- Superior written/verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
