Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare legislation and regulatory frameworks to assess impact on vulnerable populations
- Lead cross-agency initiatives to develop integrated public health strategies
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on healthcare access and equity issues
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and legislative recommendations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with congressional offices and stakeholder groups to advance policy goals
- Oversee implementation of healthcare programs and evaluate outcomes against KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in federal healthcare policy analysis
- Expertise in healthcare economics and program evaluation methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Experience with CMS, HHS, or similar federal healthcare systems
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
