Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive policy research and analysis on federal initiatives
- Develop evidence-based recommendations for legislative and regulatory frameworks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Proven track record of developing actionable policy recommendations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coalition-building skills
- Proficiency with policy analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata)
- Deep understanding of federal legislative processes
- Clearances: Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
