Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate federal health policies using quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Coordinate with congressional committees, state health departments, and stakeholder groups
- Lead cross-functional teams on public health emergency response protocols
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefings and legislative recommendations
- Monitor implementation of Affordable Care Act and emerging healthcare legislation
- Manage $5M+ grant programs for community health initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in federal/state health policy development
- Expertise in healthcare economics and outcome measurement
- Proven track record of successful legislative advocacy
- Clearances: Top Secret/SCI (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in health data visualization tools (Tableau, SAS)
