Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in federal or state government health policy roles
- Expertise in healthcare legislation, health equity frameworks, and population health analytics
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful public health programs
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, Tableau) and health policy modeling
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated policy writing experience
- Active security clearance or eligibility for Top Secret clearance
- Professional certification in Public Health (CPH) or Healthcare Management (CAHME) preferred
