Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Guide cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Strategic Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, creating detailed roadmaps that align with organizational objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and executives, providing clear updates, managing expectations, and fostering strong relationships.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to minimize project risks.
- Agile Mastery: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement within the development process.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team capacity and resource distribution to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Monday.com.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving complex issues under pressure.
