Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to mitigate risks effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, executives, and technical teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Implement and monitor project KPIs, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.
- Drive the adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance delivery speed and product quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, or Prince2) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently under tight deadlines.
