Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction to final close-out.
- Manage project budgets exceeding $75M, ensuring rigorous cost control and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of project engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
- Negotiate and manage complex contracts with vendors and trade partners to optimize value.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and municipal stakeholders.
- Drive a culture of safety, ensuring 100% compliance with OSHA and company-specific protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
- Expert-level proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 software.
- Strong portfolio of successfully completed high-rise or large-scale commercial projects.
- Superior negotiation skills and experience managing multi-million dollar procurement.
- Active OSHA 30-Hour Certification and PMP designation preferred.
