Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and timeline adherence to mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder status meetings using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Identify potential roadblocks early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct comprehensive post-project reviews and prepare detailed reports on performance metrics and lessons learned.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the Software as a Service (SaaS) or FinTech industry.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional Waterfall project management.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
