Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and marketers to deliver high-quality products.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status updates, presentations, and reporting.
- Drive the adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance team efficiency.
- Review project performance and post-mortems to implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing budgets and financial forecasting.
- Expert proficiency in Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar PM tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
