Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives and company strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, and track progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels with clarity and transparency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT or Software industry (5+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
