Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Resource Allocation: Plan and coordinate efforts to ensure optimal use of team resources and budget management.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks early and develop proactive strategies to minimize impact.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership and clients.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet our high standards for functionality and user experience.
Qualifications
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Practitioner certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, specifically within the IT or SaaS industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and mentoring diverse teams to achieve peak performance.
