Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee multi-million dollar commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Lead project teams, including Superintendents and Project Engineers, to ensure seamless execution and collaboration.
- Manage comprehensive project budgets, including cost forecasting, procurement, and financial reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and local government stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce industry-leading safety protocols and rigorous quality control inspections.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors to optimize project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction, specifically within high-rise or large-scale developments.
- Proven track record of delivering projects exceeding $50M on time and within budget.
- Expert-level proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of Austin building codes and LEED certification processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
