- Implement and monitor Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive iterative development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the technology or software development sector (5+ years).
- Professional certification such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile Practitioner is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, software architecture, and modern development methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
