- Lead data visualization projects using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster collaborative problem-solving environments
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques and evaluate new technologies for implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science roles with proven impact on business outcomes
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Strong statistical modeling background and experimental design experience
- Advanced SQL skills with complex query optimization and database management
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
