Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed scope, timeline, budget estimates, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprints, Planning, Retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement within the development lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure project continuity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating status updates effectively.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial health and profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong preference for experience in the IT, Software, or SaaS sectors.
- Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives and technical teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Confluence.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
