Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning from pre-construction to closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multi-million dollar projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety protocols (OSHA compliance)
- Lead client communications and stakeholder management
- Drive sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processes
- Mentor junior project managers and field supervisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience
- Proven track record with large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and local regulations
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- LEED AP BD+C credential preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
