Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout
- Manage $20M+ budgets with rigorous financial controls
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors)
- Ensure OSHA compliance and zero-incident safety protocols
- Leverage BIM technology for precision planning and execution
- Negotiate contracts and resolve complex project challenges
- Mentor junior PMs through formal leadership program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years commercial construction experience with high-rise projects
- Proven PMP or LEED AP certification
- Expertise in Procore, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD
- Texas General Contractor license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Advanced knowledge of IBC and local Austin building codes
- Strong financial acumen with cost control expertise
