Key Highlights of the Role:
- Manage full lifecycle of commercial construction projects (Residential & Commercial).
- Drive project profitability through efficient resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of safety and accountability on-site.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution from pre-construction to final close-out.
- Manage the project budget, including cost control, change orders, and variance analysis.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Lead and mentor project teams, conducting regular site meetings and performance reviews.
- Resolve complex technical and logistical challenges on-site efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Strong proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to various job sites.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
