Responsibilities
- Direct $50M+ commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and building codes
- Oversee budget allocation, cost control, and financial reporting
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processes
- Coordinate with municipal authorities for permits and inspections
- Resolve complex technical challenges and mitigate project risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with 5+ years in project management
- PMP or LEED AP certification required
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and under budget
- Expert knowledge of construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Texas Class A Contractor's license preferred
