Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure project alignment
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients for seamless project delivery
- Monitor project progress and adjust timelines/resources as needed
- Conduct regular quality assurance inspections and documentation reviews
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial projects on time and budget
- Deep knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Texas
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
