- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently to maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and local building codes.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve complex on-site technical issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
- Proficient in MS Project, Procore, or similar construction management software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
