Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of commercial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance across all sites
- Manage project documentation including permits, contracts, and change orders
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks proactively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- OSHA 30 certification and LEED accreditation preferred
- Strong proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
