The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the architect of our product roadmaps. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring that every project delivers tangible value to our clients. Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Implement and refine Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize workflow efficiency and product quality.
- Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, formulating robust mitigation strategies to prevent scope creep.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, providing clear, concise reporting and managing expectations effectively.
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring financial targets are met without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a technology or software development environment (minimum 5 years).
- Strong technical aptitude with experience working alongside development teams.
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/MScM) is highly preferred.
- Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes projects with tight deadlines and high pressure.
