Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Lead cross-functional quality assurance initiatives in Agile/Scrum environments
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Execute exploratory testing to identify edge cases and user experience gaps
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines with QA processes
- Document defects using JIRA with clear severity criteria and resolution tracking
- Mentor junior QA engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in SaaS or enterprise software
- Expertise in automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
