Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, distributed microservices using Go and Rust.
- Optimize system latency and resource utilization to support massive throughput scales.
- Implement secure, reliable, and scalable APIs for public-facing and internal services.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and System Architects to define technical roadmaps.
- Drive engineering excellence through robust testing, thorough code reviews, and mentorship.
- Participate in system design sessions to continuously improve platform reliability and uptime.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building scalable backend production services.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern language such as Go, Rust, Java, or C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts (consensus protocols, caching strategies, replication).
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track background with SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines (Kafka, PostgreSQL).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
