Responsibilities
- Lead & Strategize: Own the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team performance by effectively managing resources, budget, and timelines.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential roadblocks early and implement proactive strategies to minimize project risk.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Provide accurate, high-level reporting to senior leadership on project health and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Project Management, with a strong background in software development or IT.
- Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly desirable.
- Methodologies: Proven expertise in both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software (Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor junior project managers and lead high-performing teams.
