Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in close collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage the full project lifecycle (SDLC), from initiation and planning through execution and closure.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure project continuity.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate resources and communicate effectively with technical developers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide transparent progress reports to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within the software development or IT industry (5+ years).
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Agilist certification is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
