Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives for our rapidly expanding fintech platform. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring that our software delivery meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation.
You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, utilizing Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement and rapid value delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of complex software solutions.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Manage resources, assign tasks, and mentor project teams to foster a culture of accountability and technical excellence.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively to prevent roadblocks.
- Communicate project status, updates, and roadblocks clearly to executive leadership and external clients.
- Drive the adoption of Agile best practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous integration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Project Management within the Software Development or IT industry.
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster) is highly preferred.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and iterative development.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
