Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning models to optimize user engagement and lifecycle value.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to define KPI frameworks and drive product strategy.
- Architect, execute, and analyze sophisticated multivariate A/B/n tests to continuously optimize key user flows.
- Develop scalable SQL/Python-based data pipelines and self-service analytics dashboards in collaboration with Data Engineering.
- Synthesize complex statistical findings into highly visual, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Provide technical mentorship and code-review guidelines to junior and mid-level data scientists on the team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a highly quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building predictive models and delivering end-to-end analytics in a SaaS or product-led growth environment.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and production-level machine learning libraries (Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, XGBoost).
- Extensive hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) and data orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow).
- Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of statistics, experiment design (A/B testing), and causal inference.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional leadership.
